“John Carlozzi Strength & Conditioning was easily one of the biggest influences in my athletic career throughout high school and college”

Working with John Carlozzi throughout high school and college changed my body and game to be the best athlete I could be. John put me on a strict plan to eat better and work smarter in the gym to maximize my time and effort. Going from a 145 pound freshman to a 165-pound sophomore was a huge advantage, not to mention the strength that came along with more body mass. I was able to compete for a starting job as a sophomore on the Darien Lacrosse team, and held my own against some of the best competition in the country.

After being recruited to play Division 1 lacrosse at Loyola, there was only one person I trusted to guide me from my senior year in high school to my freshman year in college. This time I would be playing on one of the best teams in the country where every practice was like game day. The strength and endurance I had gained from working with John is the main reason I made it to that level. John helped me hit personal milestones for bench press, squats and sprints. John Carlozzi Strength & Conditioning was easily one of the biggest influences in my athletic career throughout high school and college.

Now, 3 years out of college, I see the way he has changed my friends and kids I coached while they were youth players into the best athlete they can be. He is only getting better and developing more drastic results as he continues working with more and more athletes “I HIGHLY recommend John Carlozzi for any athlete, in any sport. In order to be the best, you have to train with the best!”
