I’ve worked with John Carlozzi for almost four years now, and the difference between the results of working with John rather than working elsewhere have been tremendous. John not only knows which workouts are best for athletes, he knows the athletes better than anyone. John takes the time to make bonds with people, rather than just pencil people in and move onto the next one. There are no easy days with John. Whether it is uppers, lowers, or even conditioning, you leave the workouts feeling better about yourself and your health. I strongly recommend working with John, because based on what he has done for our teams in the past few years, there’s no way we would be where we are without him.
