John Carlozzi Strength & Conditioning has helped me grow stronger and faster as an athlete. John has helped me through physical therapy while never letting me slow down and stop growing. Although John works with a majority of Darien athletes, he has worked with myself, my brothers and my friends all from New Canaan. John is a very motivating trainer who will push you to do things you never would have thought you would be able to do. In high school I played Field Hockey, Ice Hockey, and Lacrosse. The transition from running to skating is very different and because of the use of different muscles there is always the possibility of injury. John has always prepared me well enough to prevent injury though the workouts that he designs. Thanks to John I am now at The University of Michigan playing D1 Lacrosse. Those looking to be a better athlete and play at the next level… John Carlozzi is who you need by your side from start to finish.
